His Butler's Sister is a mostly musically and comically personable Deanna Durbin vehicle. A lot of this doesn't make a lot of sense ... but the last 5 minutes are definitely worth watching ... and listening to. Horrible movie
Durbin in good shape. The retired Bengal Lancer. Best of Durbin!
Wonderful movie. Excellent example of script by committee. Not the best of Deanna
Very good romantic comedy with a couple of beautiful songs by Deanna Durbin. His Butler's Sister: a super movie. Very moving musical
