Trailer

Critics El doctor y los diablos

Very good movie. Slow-paced, but creepy and compelling, uncomfortably believable. Fresh corpses don't pass so easily
HUGE fan of Timothy Dalton. Stylish drama. My name is a ghost for frightened children.
The Doctor is in ... desperate need of new corpses! Fresh bodies, stale history. For all intents and purposes, The Doctor and the Devils is a Hammer horror movie.
Doctor and the devils. Mel Brooks An attempt to produce a serious movie. Cushing and Pleasence did better
THE DOCTOR AND THE DEVILS (Freddie Francis, 1985) ** 1/2. Slightly disappointed in the lack of Dalton. It is not a horror. Just a drama
gothic horror well done. Slow and boring vintage horror movie. Great title, great atmosphere
Excellent version of a classic story. I hate to say it for something as (very) well intentioned as this production. The doctor and the devils
A later Freddie Francis masterpiece ?. 'The Doctor and the Devils' is a great look with an incredible cast and crew from some of the most gruesome murders to ever appear in the papers. Really well done
A fascinating fictionalization of Burke & Hare
