Scott Frank is a renowned American screenwriter, director, and author. Frank was born on March 10, 1960, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He grew up in California, and his family moved to Los Angeles when he was just seven years old. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Scott Frank had a tough time finding work as an actor before he started working as a screenwriter.
Frank wrote his first screenplay while he was still in college, but it wasn't until the 1990s that his career really took off.
