Olly Sholotan is a Nigerian-born actor who became famous for his appearances in various British TV shows like "Emmerdale" and "Doctors," as well as in the movie "The Lost City of Z." Olly was born in Lagos, Nigeria, in 1987, and he grew up in a family of six siblings. His father was a geologist, while his mother was a nurse, and both of them encouraged their children to study and pursue their dreams. In his youth, Olly had a passion for football and played for some local teams in Nigeria, but his real talent was in music. He learned to play the guitar and the drums and even formed a band with some friends, playing in pubs and clubs around Lagos.
