Biografía de Gilbert Handler
Handler grew up in Los Angeles and attended Fairfax High School, where he excelled in sports. He went on to study at Los Angeles City College and California State University, Northridge, where he earned a degree in physical education.
After college, Handler worked as a PE teacher and coach at various schools in Los Angeles. He also became involved in bodybuilding and won several competitions.
In the late 1960s, Handler began working as a stuntman in movies and television shows. He landed his first acting role in the 1971 film "Black Gunn." He went on to appear in several other films, including "The Godfather: Part II," "The Jerk," and "Scarface."
Handler also had a successful television career, appearing in shows such as "Kojak," "Charlie's Angels," and "The A-Team." He is perhaps best known for his role as Detective Dave Tally in the 1980s show "Hunter."
In addition to his career in entertainment, Handler was also an accomplished businessman. He owned several restaurants in the Los Angeles area and was involved in real estate development.
Handler passed away in 2011 at the age of 77. He is remembered fondly by his fans and colleagues for his talent, kindness, and generosity.
